Get Healthy Harford

Being Healthy Isn’t a Goal or Destination, it is a Way of Life

Leading a healthy lifestyle means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. The Get Healthy Harford program is designed to help each one of us decide what is important to our health — whether it is eating together as a family, getting enough sleep, or adding more movement to our day — and then supporting us to help meet those goals.

Join! Have fun! Ask questions! Encourage others to join, make it a community event.
